Very hospitality and kind staff, with willing to assist in every moment. We arrived in the night and Siya was so helpfull and attentive while check in , as a very important - first impression of the hotel. Sure will remember her hospitality and warm greetings. The room was absolutely fabulous with the great view to the city. Everything you need is inside the room - water, cofee, bathroom amenities, clean, with fully equiped kitchen. Ramesh - ball man helped with the luggage and introduction of the hotel, thanks. Can highlight cleaning of the room - so great work every day with the nice elements of towel decoration :) - thanks to Mahmudul and Ahmed. So pleasent to come back from the city to your clean and tidy suites. Hope to come again soon

Room given to me by the team Staybridge DIFC i.e. Nada, Saber and Ahmed was amazing 2BR with balcony at the highest floor 48th with a perfect 360 view and it was for my birthday treat (I forgot to mention to the team), breakfast was cool, and location was fantastically strategic and accessible to all forms of transportation. Swimming pool was marvelous and the hotel was very clean and tidy. I just haven't seen a microwave in the room, but definitely will come back to this hotel and highly recommendable! Special thanks to the chamber cleaning team, Divina from resto, and most of all Nada, Saber and Ahmed from reception. Amazing team and lovely place to stay and relax!!!

My stay at Staybridge Suites Dubai was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request truly made the experience stand out. The services provided were superb, with every detail thoughtfully catered to. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and fulfilling, offering a great start to the day. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, Staybridge Suites Dubai truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it enough!

Location was excellent. We were given a 3 Bedroom Suite on the 44th Floor which was very spacious it had 3 Bathrooms and a balcony with City/Sea View. Staff was excellent we had Belal check us in and Mansour was a regular at Valet parking and was always helpful. Valet Parking was available 24/7. We had breakfast included which was ok. Room service was provided daily and room was freshened up. The pool was a decent size. There metro station is located outside for convenience and there are many food places and supermarkets/shops nearby in walking distance so the location is perfect indeed. Dubai Mall was a 10 minute drive away if it was not too busy.

This was our second stay at Staybridge Suites...We returned here because we liked it so much the first time we stayed in 2021. The Apt we stayed in could probably do with a bit of repair and refurbishment, but overall it lived up to our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant.
